About the Role


The purpose of this role is to plan and administer workloads for Meter Readers and the Sales Investigation Team to assist in achieving their operational, commercial and customer service goals.To carry out all aspects of scheduling, planning and reporting and supporting the team leader as required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan allocate and manage all Meter Reading & Sales Investigation field work through the ‘Job
  • Management System’
  • Manage workloads within the field to optimise resources, productivity and efficiencies for the
  • Meter Readers & Sales Investigators.
  • Manage and report on appointments
  • Monitoring and reporting on work levels.
  • Maintaining relationships with internal customers to ensure effective use of resource.
  • Liaising with external customers on appointments
  • Deal with telephone enquiries from the field team
  • Provide support to the Team Leader

Knowledge Skills & Experience 

  • Strong organisational and planning skills. 
  • Knowledge of field-based operation is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively to meet challenging targets.
  • Ability to react positively to events that occur in the field without allowing performance
  • standards and service levels to drop.
  • You will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Due to the nature of the role flexibility in your work hours may be required.
  • Knowledge of CIS, JMS, Temetra other Job Management/Scheduling systems.
You will be required you work 1/2 Saturdays per month as well as late shifts.
