About The Role

A bit about the role...

Reporting to the Training and Compliance Lead, you will lead the Training team in designing and delivering innovative and engaging material, from the onboarding process through to technical training. A collaborative approach with the Field Teams, Learning and Development Teams as well as any third-party providers is essential in the successful delivery of all training.

The collection and processing of all training records along with all administration relating to training is to be assessed and blended into roles, enhancing the overall team performance, and ensuring our compliance with ISO policies.

  • Lead an effective Remote Based Training Team
  • Maintain and deliver all Data Collection Training
  • Maintain accurate and relevant records for all training activities
  • Use the data the team collate to produce reporting and drive change for supporting both BAU and strategic change.
