About The Role
 
The Training & Compliance Coordinator will support the Data Collection Energy training teams in providing support to field management. This is a fast paced role within a constantly changing market where continuous improvement and thinking outside the box is necessary to meet the strategic focus of the business. The role of Training & Compliance Coordinator is critical to the effectiveness of the business operation and will help meet operational delivery and contractual client KPIs. 
 
The successful candidate will initially be on a 6 month secondment. You will be responsible for new starter inductions, refresher and updates to existing staff, along with new business opportunities. In addition, with a focus on continuous improvement and high standards, the Training & Compliance Coordinator will conduct audits and analysis to measure successful compliance. 
 
Due to the nature of the role frequent travel is to be expected with occasional overnight stays.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver excellent quality company training programmes which are embedded in the workforce
  • Resource planning to meet training needs and requirements
  • Schedule and organise training sessions in conjunction to field management in line with the relevant timelines
  • Monitor and identify training needs of the workforce and provide solutions including learner needs
  • Evaluate on-going training programmes to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Develop and build training plans, materials, documentation and presentations
  • Work as part of the training function 
  • Complete training, quality and compliance audits
  • Prepare/monitor training output and success analysis
  • Work as part of a team driving business success against key objectives

  • Able to build positive rapport across all levels
  • Knowledge and experience of Data Collection field activities, including work in progress audits and post quality assurance audits within MDS. Must have experience of work allocation and systems.

Please note in order to be considered for this role you must be currently working in either team SW2 or SW7.
