This role is critical for the recovery of revenue into the business. The role resolves jobs left open by field based workers; closure is required for payments to be processed. The role has client facing responsibility and contact with suppliers. Highly professional and resilient individuals will thrive in this area of the business.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Management of workload to conclude the assigned daily tasks.
  • Able to analyse ad problem solve to resolve and close jobs effectively.
  • Validation of data to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to Clients 
  • Tenacious and strong willed to conclude investigations quickly.
  • Daily inbox management in line with SLA requirements.
  • Able to escalate when appropriate.
  • Prioritising of daily workload to ensure targets achieved.
  • Daily reporting including analysis and ideas generation.
  • Use of Hand Held Tablets when manual closing is required.

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise.
  • Good judgement and able to make good decisions in limited timescales.
  • Exceptional telephone manner.
  • Assertive when required
  • Thrives on achieving targets.
  • Analytical and able to see the best way to prioritise.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • HTML knowledge would be preferable but not essential.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages, Good sheets etc.
