A bit about the role...

Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will support the recruitment of volume and non-volume vacancies in our Water & Energy departments across the UK. You'll be comfortable supporting with niche and senior roles from advert to on-boarding and will have the confidence and experience to support recruitment campaigns.

You’ll ensure that internal stakeholders are fully supported when they need to advertise a vacancy and keep the recruitment process moving and where it needs to be. You will promote and uphold SLA’s and circulate relevant MI to guarantee this happens. We use our Applicant Tracking System ‘Eploy’ to ensure all recruitment is tracked and can be reported on, this is the focal point of all recruitment activity.

Recruitment queries and administration will be your responsibility for the business area you cover, including tasks such as issuing contracts & arranging background checks. You’ll keep up to date with market trends to complete benchmarking and competitor analysis as required, whilst ensuring you understand the company strategy are aware of industry developments.

Whilst our day job is to deliver a first class resourcing service to our hiring managers and candidates, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once (which recruiter isn't?) and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

What you will bring to the role...

  • Previous experience of working within an in-house recruitment team or agency environment
  • Excellent IT Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Capable of working under pressure & multi-tasking
  • Administration Experience    
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Post and track volume and non-volume vacancies on multiple job boards while monitoring credit usage
  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
